Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery. We will happily offer an exchange or refund (excluding shipping) for the products if they are in the same condition and packaging that the products were received in. In such instances, the buyer must pay return costs.

Due to hygiene reasons O’Dwyers Pharmacy cannot accept return of products that have been opened or used. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns on medication or any product that contains a hygiene seal that is broken.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We want you to be happy with your products purchased from O’Dwyers Pharmacy. Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty or if you receive the wrong product please contact so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned. All contact should be made as described below, within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of item. We will happily replace the product or issue a full refund.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for any refund to reach your account. In such instances, we will pay the cost of returning the products. Refunds will be processed using the original purchase payment method used. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.

How to Return

If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to customerservices@odwyerspharmacy.com, and note the following before returning the parcel:

Goods returned must be posted to:

O’Dwyers Pharmacy Online Store, Unit 9, Cashel Town Shopping Centre, Cahir Rd., Cashel, Co. Tipperary, E25 PK53, Ireland.

Additional Information

To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us.

O’Dwyers Pharmacy will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning items you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
