Delivery Details

If you live in Northern Ireland or outside the Island of Ireland and are interested in purchasing from odwyerspharmacy.com please e-mail us at orders@odwyerspharmacy.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Our delivery partner is DPD. You will receive a text message or email from DPD on the day of your delivery with an estimated time of delivery of your order. You can check your tracking number on their website at www.dpd.ie. Your tracking number will be provided via automated email when your goods have been dispatched.

DPD offer a Parcel Wizard service that allows you to choose a day that suits to have your parcel delivered and you can also advise where you want your parcel delivered. In order to use this service you need to register at www.dpdparcelwizard.ie . 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note standard courier working days are Monday to Friday.

Delivery times may vary according to availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. Orders can take up to 5 to 7 working days on Bank Holidays and during busy sale periods. Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified immediately (e.g in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you by email or telephone of the expected delivery date).

Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box and contact phone number at the checkout stage as this will form your address label for shipping. To ensure accurate delivery be sure to include your Eircode when ordering. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify.

As we use an external courier company please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.

Failed Delivery

Failed deliveries cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier partners to O’Dwyers Pharmacy. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the courier. Once we have received the goods we will contact you to verify your correct delivery address or cancel your order if required.

*Please note we are not in control of misdirected deliveries however we will do our utmost to assist with any problems that may occur, which are extrenely rare.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse to post parcels to certain destinations for reasons of security, excessive postal rates or for legal reasons.
